The Opportunity:
Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up and were looking for a collaborative Veterinary Clinic Manager to join our team.
Our Veterinary Clinic Manager will lead our clinic team (veterinarians, technicians, assistants + care coordinators) and oversee day-to-day operations. You are a reliable, proactive, and conscientious leader who is dedicated to the success of your team.This is a full time position.
What Youll Do:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinicManage your clinics P&LMentor, develop, and lead clinic team members to excelBalance the needs of the clinical team with the goals of the organizationCollaborate with our operations team to scale operations and implement processesOwn customer relationsLead weekly team meetings & daily team check-insCreate clinic schedulesIdentify areas of opportunity to increase efficiency and then implement improvementsEnsure team members complete their daily checklistsRecruit, interview, and onboard new team membersFoster a sense of community within the team
You Have:4+ years of experience managing professionals in complex organizations in the veterinary space (or translatable experience) is considered ideal but not requiredExperience supervising front desk operationsExperience with compliance and safety policiesStrong organizational and leadership skillsCVPM designation is considered ideal but not required
