    Job Summary

    We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Information Security Technical Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures to protect our organization's computer systems, networks, and data. The Information Security Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities and ensure the overall security posture of our organization.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing
    • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and address security weaknesses.
    • Provide detailed reports and recommendations for remediation.
    1. Security Implementation
    • Implement and configure security tools, technologies, and solutions.
    • Ensure the effective deployment and management of security controls.
    1. Incident Response
    • Assist in the development and testing of incident response plans.
    • Participate in incident response activities and investigations.
    1. Security Monitoring
    • Monitor security alerts and incidents, responding promptly to mitigate security threats.
    • Implement and manage security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
    1. Security Awareness Training
    • Collaborate with the training team to develop and deliver security awareness programs for employees.
    • Foster a culture of security awareness within the organization.
    1. Patch Management
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive patch management program to ensure systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches.
    1. Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain thorough documentation of security configurations, processes, and procedures.
    • Generate and present security reports to management as needed.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
    • 2-5 years of experience in Information Security
    • Proven experience in information security roles, including hands-on experience with security tools.
    • Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and application security.
    Skills
    • Proficient in scripting languages (e.G., Python, PowerShell).
    • O365 and Azure Security experience
    • Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
