    WH Recruiting recruits contractors throughout the US to complete renovations on Single Family Properties.

    Project Manager Role consist of but not limited to:

    • Secure subcontractor(s) to complete projects throughout the US.
    • Negotiate pricing with field subcontractor
    • Secure completion date for project.
    • Motivate field contractors through incentives and kickbacks.
    • Enter Estimated Complete Dates per trade within client specific portal.
    • Confirm and supervise that subcontracted projects are executed according to the project's specifications and processing needs reflected in future guidelines.
    • Confirm Field workmanship passes clients field inspection. $ per week Salary
