Direct Care Worker

Merry Care provides assistance and support to clients who need help with daily tasks through our Direct Care Workers (DCW). Their roles involve providing personal care such as bathing, toileting, shaving, dressing, and personal hygiene while also offering companionship services including grocery shopping and doctor’s appointments.

• Personal care responsibilities include assisting clients with basic needs such as feeding,
  dressing,
  and grooming;
  
• In addition,
  companions provide social interaction like watching movies together
  , discussing current events, or simply spending time doing leisure activities;

Besides these primary duties,the DCWs may occasionally perform light housework tasks,such
as dishes laundry,vacuuming etc.,to ensure that living spaces remain clean & safe for residents.
