- Provides administrative support for the imaging department, ensuring smooth operation and exceptional patient experience.
- Collects and verifies patient registration data, processes test orders, and maintains accurate records within the hospital information system.
- Coordinates patient flow to appropriate imaging areas, verifying procedures, diagnoses, demographic information, and test preparation details.
- Manages inbound calls from physicians and patients/families with professionalism and courtesy.
- Performs various clerical tasks such as answering phone calls , running reports , supporting film library operations,and scheduling appointments < li >Assists technologists during testing periods when needed . < li >Maintains a well-stocked inventory of supplies , checks equipment functionality .
