    Description

    Welcome to an exciting opportunity for an ER Physician to join our growing department in rural South Carolina, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful coastal town of Beaufort, SC.


    Responsibilities:
    Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Room Physician
    12-hour shifts with some 24-hour shifts possible
    14-16, 12-hour shifts a month or 7, 24-hour shifts a month
    Day and night shifts available
    Single physician on staff per shift with plans to add an NP
    New expansion underway, doubling size and volume
    Expansion includes EmPath behavioral medicine treatment, Fasttrack rooms, and more
    Rural hospital with modern facilities, fully equipped lab and imaging dept, strong surgical dept, ICY, and inpatient medical care
    Affiliation with University of SC
    ICU beds available

    Qualifications:
    Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
    Active South Carolina medical license
    Strong communication and teamwork skills
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
