    Description

    Position Description:

    • The SAP Hybris Technical Engineer Lead will lead and direct several engineers in the software delivery of B2C platforms and products including all new e-commerce solutions that power the online consumer vehicle shopping and buying experiences for all automotive global markets
    • This role includes developing and guiding teams while managing all dimensions of software delivery including agile development, scope management, and program integration/delivery planning
    • You will need to quickly learn new digital business processes and lead your teams to deliver quality software that drives new market value
    • Between 4-9 years of exp. as DevOps / Architect using Hybris commerce Product
    • Work with the business product owners to develop prioritized functional business requirements
    • Proficient in Hybris WCMS, Cockpits, Cron jobs, internationalization, personalization, security
    • Experience with Java frameworks, Web development, and/ or e-commerce technologies (Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Rest, React, AEM, PCF)
    • Deep knowledge of Cloud Services and Cloud platforms and provide a working knowledge of DevOps CI-CD pipeline on Azure, GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes., etc.
    • Knowledge of Order Management and Orchestration with Hybris and should be strong in Hybris Core modules, ImpEX, Flexible Search, Back office Customization
    • Experience with Test-Driven-Development, CI-CD, and Internet security standards for B2C

    Skills Required:

    • The core technology stack includes Web and Full Stack technologies such as SAP Commerce (Hybris), Azure AKS, Adobe AEM, REACT, Akamai, and PCF cloud environments
    • Automotive Domain Knowledge and Hybris certification (1905v) is a plus
    • Proven track record in managing software delivery using Agile at scale
    • Background in software development, craftsmanship processes, tools, and measurements
    • Positive attitude, team-oriented approach with excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Proficient in Third-Party Integrations using Hybris Accelerator b2B and B2C

    Experience Required:

    • 4-9 years of exp. as DevOps / Architect using Hybris commerce Product

    Education Required:

    • Bachelor's degree
