- Complete and distribute all paperwork related to caseload.
- Catelogue all exhibits related to caseload.
- Attend ARD and Drug Court hearings.
- Complete and distribute all paperwork related to ARD and Drug Court hearings.
- Assist in implementing in-house computerization and upcoming criminal court computerization and the records management program.
- Assist support staff in docketing court sentencing on the computer and the taxing of related sentencing.
- Perform other duties, tasks and special projects, as required.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Six months to one year of job-related experience and/or training.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow office protocol.
- Accurate and detail-oriented.
- Ability to coordinate and direct work assignments.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and handle confidential matters.

Summary
The Court Clerk is responsible for attending criminal hearings and providing the Criminal Court with all required files and paperwork related to the designated caseload.
A criminal background check is required.
