This is a key leadership role where you will be expected to drive client relationships, generate new business, and contribute to the firm's growth and success.

    As an Equity or Non-Equity Partner, you will have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and entrepreneurial team, while having the support and resources of a top-tier national firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services, and a proven ability to bring in and manage a portable book of business valued at $500k or more.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Business Development: Develop and manage a portfolio of clients valued at $500k or more. Cultivate and expand existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth.
    • Client Service: Provide exceptional legal counsel to clients across various industries, acting as a trusted advisor and offering strategic solutions in complex matters.
    • Leadership: Take on a leadership role within the Irvine office and firmwide, contributing to the firm's culture, mentoring associates, and shaping the firm's strategic direction.
    • Practice Area Focus: Engage in high-value legal work across a range of practice areas, including litigation, corporate law, and complex transactional matters.
    • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide seamless and comprehensive legal services to clients.
    • Firm Growth: Play a critical role in the firm's growth by driving business development initiatives, participating in marketing efforts, and representing the firm in various forums.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in Business or Commercial Litigation and Transactional law.
    • Portable Book: A portable business book valued at $500k or more is required. Demonstrated ability to grow and maintain a book of business is essential.
    • Law Degree: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
    • Bar Admission: Active membership in the California State Bar or eligibility for admission to the California Bar.

    Salary: Estimated salary for this position is $250,000 - $750,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
