We are constantly searching for dedicated and driven professionals to join and help grow our team The Opportunity We're looking for a Quality Assurance & Compliance Associate to join our Supply Chain Quality & Production team This role supports our U.S.-based quality operations and plays a key part in ensuring every product meets FOCO's safety compliance and performance standards before shipment If you have an eye for detail an interest in product development and compliance and a desire to grow within a dynamic CPG organization we want to hear from you What You'll Do Product Quality Assurance & Control Support pre-shipment inspections and in-line quality checks Review test reports factory submissions and inspection documents for accuracy Maintain QA/QC logs trackers and documentation in digital systems Assist with rework coordination and issue resolution when defects arise Supplier Compliance & CSR Help manage documentation for supplier compliance SEDEX FLA FLMA NCAA Disney Walmart Amazon etc Support audits and compliance requirements with internal teams and vendors Communicate directly with suppliers on submission needs expectations Product Specs Safety Assist in creating maintaining product specifications packaging confirmations Ensure all products comply general product safety regulations retailer standards Collaborate product teams early risk assessment reviews Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate global offices including China-based QA teams monitor sample statuses testing inspection progress Liaise sourcing design production teams close quality loops Provide technical documentation support suppliers Quality Reporting Track customer complaints assist identifying trends Contribute monthly QA scorecards internal reports Training Development Complete training QA systems product safety compliance Participate online learning modules build industry-specific knowledge Travel Up 30-35 travel Asia China factory visits audits inspections required What You Need Strong attention detail organizational skills Excellent communication follow-up abilities Ability manage multiple projects fast-paced environment Proficiency Microsoft Office Excel Word Outlook experience QA systems plus Collaborative curious mindset willingness learn Previous QA/QC or product compliance experience bonus not required Why FOCO Work passionate people sports entertainment innovation Learn grow inside fast-moving global CPG organization Access competitive compensation career development support Make impact products reach millions fans worldwide Tryouts open at FOCO If you ready kick off your career product quality compliance this is your shot Apply now help deliver products fans can trust
