- 8+ years of experience as a practicing attorney with heavy corporate experience, along with being a member of a US State Bar
- Top law firm experience and/or extensive in-house corporate and transactional experience strongly preferred
- Travel Required: 10% - 20%

THE WORK
Our client seeks a Corporate Assistant General Counsel with 8+ years of experience to join their team that will be responsible for a wide range of transactional, compliance, corporate governance and commercial matters in their Atlanta office. As the Corporate AGC, you will play a crucial role in assisting with reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts such as financial services agreements, supply, procurement, services, sales and distribution agreements, marketing and sponsorship contracts, investment agreements, and technology agreements. Additionally you will be helping to provide strategic counsel to senior executives.
