    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage accounts payable for commercial and residential managed properties
    • Prepare comprehensive billing statements for homeowners
    • Perform regular reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts
    • Prepare adjusting journal entries as necessary
    • Analyze and review month-end financial statements for accuracy, identifying and addressing variances
    • Collaborate with property managers on the annual budget process, provide ad-hoc reporting, and facilitate effective homeowner communication

    Required Qualifications

    • Fundamental knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Experience with current computer accounting software and reporting tools
    • Strong attention to detail, with ability to meet deadlines
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field
    • Able to travel reliably to Downtown Charleston daily
    • Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team
