    We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Generalist with a strong focus on Benefits Administration for an esteemed school located in Boston, MA.

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional service to our employees.


    Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:

    • Manage the daytoday administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, while also processing enrollments, changes, and terminations in benefits plans accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with benefits vendors, brokers, and carriers to negotiate contracts, resolve claims, and address any compliance concerns.
    • Stay updated on federal, state, and local regulations governing employee benefits, ensuring compliance with laws such as ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and FMLA.
    • Compile and analyze data related to benefits utilization, costs, and trends, providing insights to inform decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement.

    Human Resources Generalist Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Benefits Administration.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
    • Proficiency in ADP is a plus.
