- Manage the daytoday administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, while also processing enrollments, changes, and terminations in benefits plans accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with benefits vendors, brokers, and carriers to negotiate contracts, resolve claims, and address any compliance concerns.
- Stay updated on federal, state, and local regulations governing employee benefits, ensuring compliance with laws such as ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and FMLA.
- Compile and analyze data related to benefits utilization, costs, and trends, providing insights to inform decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Benefits Administration.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in ADP is a plus.
