    Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year

    Requirements:
    • To excel in this role, an individual must successfully perform each essential duty. The following criteria are required:
    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in providing support to end-users.
    • Comprehensive knowledge and skills across all IT disciplines, as this position may involve being the sole IT resource in various situations.
    • Willingness to travel as necessary to assist end-users, including attendance at meetings.
    • A valid passport or the ability to obtain one.
    • Extensive knowledge of audio-visual technology.
    • Proficiency in cellular technologies, specifically for Apple and Android devices.
    • A solid understanding of network design and server relationships.
    • Familiarity with telephony systems, including VOIP services.
    • Proficiency in iOS, Android, and Windows platforms.
    • Awareness of security technologies, including biometric and magnetic systems.
    • A firm understanding of Cyber Security and its implications.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with strong business presentation abilities.
    • Must demonstrate integrity and trustworthiness in handling confidential and sensitive information.
    • Experience requirements vary by job level:
    • The Senior IT Specialist level necessitates a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience alongside 5-8 years of relevant experience.
    • The Lead IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
    • The Principal IT Specialist level demands a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
    • Preferred Qualifications:
    • A+ Certification
    • Net + Certification
    • Security + Certification
    • Cyber Security experience
    • Experience with Microsoft desk side support
    • Previous experience in the energy sector
    Responsibilities:
    • In this role, you will take on essential duties including:
    • Addressing complex technical challenges that require a comprehensive understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
    • Analyzing technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing efficient solutions.
    • Managing the escalation process for complex problems to the appropriate teams or individuals.
    • Assisting end-users in comprehending IT security policies and providing straightforward, standard solutions that adhere to those guidelines.
    • Collaborating with corporate services and IT teams to design and propose audio-visual configurations that utilize compatible technology while remaining user-friendly for all employees.
    • Taking on a technical leadership role in refresh projects, coordinating schedules for work and ensuring timely ordering and retirement of equipment while following established processes.
    • Communicating clearly and concisely with end-users, providing updates and solutions while managing expectations.
    • Guiding and mentoring junior staff, sharing knowledge, and fostering a cooperative team atmosphere.
