Conducting field observations associated with existing facilities performing facilities related services including roofing waterproofing fireproofing exterior insulation finish systems anchor testing coring scanning material sampling leak investigations forensic investigations interacting communicating effectively with site contractors other technicians project managers experience what this job entails click below actively pursuing an Associate Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering Architecture Building Science or related degree interest in building forensics mechanical systems structures position requires carrying lbs multiple times a day occasionally lifting 85 lbs to waist height must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites mileage will be reimbursed.

The expected pay range for this role and location is $15-$20/hour.
Must have a valid driver's license.
