    LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Director of Engineering for our multi-building project in Miami, FL.

    As the Director of Engineering, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing all aspects of building maintenance and engineering operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our properties.


    Key Responsibilities:
    # Develop, implement, and maintain preventative maintenance programs for all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, and other mechanical systems across the multi-building project.
    # Oversee and manage the engineering and maintenance teams, providing leadership, training, and mentorship.
    # Plan and manage budgets related to building maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for all buildings within the project.
    # Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
    # Coordinate with property management, tenants, and vendors to address maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner across all properties.


    Qualifications and Skills:
    Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

    Minimum of 10 years of experience in building engineering and maintenance, with a focus on large-scale, mixed-use, multi-building projects.

    Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and elevators.
    Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively direct and supervise a diverse team.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, property management, vendors, and local authorities.

    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and cost-effective solutions.
    Familiarity with local, state, and federal building codes, regulations, and safety standards is required.


    Pay Details:
    $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
