VCA takes pride in expanding the growth and skill set of new veterinarians. We welcome newly graduated veterinarians (and current veterinary students) to apply to this position where they will receive individualized support with our 6-month mentorship program and a collaborative hospital team environment.
VCA Worth Animal Hospital embraces a "team culture" and try to focus on working together. Our employee turnover is very minimal as you will find many employees, who have worked here 10 or 20+ years. We are an EMR hospital and we have great client communication. Our hospital is successful with Care Club packages offered to cats and dogs. We are very much involved in externships and also work with local CVT students from the local Vet Tech colleges.
Whether or not you decide to visit the city or love the outdoors, VCA Worth Animal Hospital is located 25 miles south of Chicago, IL and a majority of the surrounding suburbs are near forest preserves where there are plenty of hiking, fishing, picnic groves and other outdoor activities.
