    We are currently seeking an experienced Civil/Water Resources Engineer to join our Roadway Design Team in Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, or San Antonio, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to work on rail/highway/site plan development for different projects.


    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
    • Registered PE in Texas or eligibility within six months.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design.
    • Proficiency in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and software.
    • Experience with tools like HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, InfoWorks, and more.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    Responsibilities
    • Lead H&H engineering analysis and design on multiple projects.
    • Collaborate with clients and mentor junior staff.
    • Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and prepare models.
    • Ensure technical consistency and quality assurance/quality control.
    • Prepare project scopes, budgets, and proposals.
    • Financial tracking and invoicing.
