Our plan allows for easy tracking of our workload without labor intensive auditing, use of pre-developed content for general, clinical, and annual education, and standardized, organized documentation of our outcomes.

It's an opportunity for you to help develop RNs, LPNs, and CNAs into our industries next leaders, as well as experience personal growth opportunities.

• Provide general and clinical orientation to new staff members.
• Provide live annual training sessions monthly so you have time and opportunity to interact with the staff.
• Track training attendance, competencies, and state and federal requirements for all staff in Relias.
• Evaluate and educate individual needs of the staff at the center.

• Associate degree or above in Nursing (ASN) required.
• Two (2+) years' nursing experience required.
• Long-Term Care or SNF Nursing experience OR Clinical Education and Staff Development experience strongly preferred.
• Braden River Rehabilitation Center , located at 2010 Manatee Ave E , Bradenton, Florida 34208is a 180skilled nursing center that offers in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation and specialty services. Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day per week admissions, and rehabilitation gym with 7 day per week therapy, and we accept a wide variety of insurance plans.
