Align Home Care is looking for exceptional in-home skilled and entry-level caregivers to join our elite team, NOW Up to $21/hr depending on experience and shift differentials.
Some immediate opportunities with the following schedules:
Mon-Fri – 10a-3p & Sat 9a-12p / Cumberland
Live In Caregiver – 4 days per week / W Falmouth
Tue/Wed/Thu - 830a-2p & Sun 830a-1p / Falmouth
Mon-Fri – 9p-9a / Freeport
Mon-Fri – 4 to 6 hours shifts / Gray
Mon-Fri - 8p-8a / Falmouth
Mon-Fri – 4 hour shifts / Yarmouth
Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri – 12p-5p / Brunswick
Other upcoming opportunities with FLEXIBLE schedules to include Full Time, Part Time, Perdiem, Weekdays, Weekends, 12 hour AM, 12 hour PM awake.
Many clients in and around Scarborough, So Portland, Portland, Falmouth, Cumberland, Gray, Yarmouth, Pownal, Freeport, Brunswick, Topsham, Kennebunk, Wells, and surrounding areas.

As a Professional Caregiver on our team, you would provide clients a holistic approach to care utilizing our Balanced approach method to care. You will not only focus on the client's basic needs but also in areas that will improve the clients OVERALL quality of life to include a focus on Body, Mind and Soul. Our care managers are there to provide detailed care plans and support intended to set both you and the client up for a successful experience.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Provide direct and indirect personal care support to client's according to a prepared customized care plan (dressing /bathing / toileting / feeding / meal prep / errands / light housekeeping / medication reminders / transportation/ companionship)
Manage tasks as outlined on the care plan and be able to report the days events in writing and verbally to the care manager
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills – Able to establish and maintain effective communications between clients, AHC Care manager, other AHC staff, and family members
Know how to keep the client's environment clean and organized
Engage in activities with a balanced approach to care, as well as our exclusive Cognitive Therapeutics Method TM
