Role:
Investment Operations Analyst
Hiring Method: 6 Month Contract with potential for Permanent Employment or Extensions
Compensation:
$26/hr to $32.75/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Required Skills & Experience-3–5 years of experience in investment operations, treasury operations, or a related financial support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, including modeling and data manipulation.
- Experience supporting or interacting with audit processes.
- Ability to manage high‑volume operational tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross‑functionally.
- BNY Custody, Clearwater Analytics, and Oracle General Ledger.

This role sits within a team responsible for managing invested assets and works closely with both operations and accounting partners.
The ideal candidate brings strong Excel skills, comfort working with financial data, and experience maintaining audit‑ready documentation.Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily investment operations, including buying and selling securities across multiple banking systems.
