    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Intellectual Property Attorney to join our thriving practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, with expertise in patent prosecution, trademark registration, and intellectual property litigation.     Responsibilities:

    • Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients on matters related to intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
    • Draft, review, and prosecute patent and trademark applications before the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and other relevant authorities.
    • Conduct intellectual property searches and evaluations to assess the novelty and registrability of inventions and trademarks.
    • Assist clients in developing and implementing intellectual property protection strategies, including licensing agreements, enforcement actions, and portfolio management.
    • Represent clients in intellectual property disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
    • Stay updated on developments in intellectual property law and industry trends to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active license to practice law in the state of California.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing intellectual property law, with a focus on patent prosecution and/or trademark registration.
    • Registered to practice before the USPTO (patent bar admission) is preferred.
    • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
    • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
