Description
Patient Access SpecialistLuke's Health System is looking for Patient Access Specialists to join our Hospital team in Wood River Patient Access Specialists are responsible to respond to patient, provider, and department/service area needs with a high emphasis on customer service and accuracy.
This includes, but is not limited to, registration, scheduling, referral coordination, and general inquiries from patients, providers and the general public.
MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY INCLUDING NIGHTS & WEEKENDS $1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS at this location Responsibilities + Supports an exceptional experience through all customer interactions, ensuring professional, timely and accurate communication- both verbally and in writing.
