    Job Summary:
    The Engineer Apprentice provides mechanical skilled trade support as assigned the Chief Engineer on property.


    Responsibilities:

    QUALIFICATIONS:


    Typically requires accreditation from a technical school or an applicable skilled trades program and 0 to 2 years of experience.

    Performs work under direct supervision.
    Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
    Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Inspects and performs mechanical installation/maintenance/repair on systems as required.
    Troubleshoots and addresses repairs and maintenance.
    Orders and organizes parts supplies and equipment necessary to complete jobs effectively.
    Supports and assists Chief Engineer with estimating and invoicing.
    Documents the installation/maintenance/repairs performed and ensures accordance with procedure.
    Operates power tools and may use chemicals that require safety training.
