Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Commercial Insurance Company Agency or Brokerage experience Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships Advanced working knowledge of the NA Casualty lines of business including product features forms regulatory environments risks etc i.e Environmental Excess or Primary Casualty NA Auto WC AL GL DBA Foreign Casualty Demonstrated sales marketing relationship building experience Very strong verbal written communication skills Highly motivated results-oriented Ability to work in dynamic rapidly changing environment adapting changing requirements collaborating wide range colleagues quickly deliver solutions Expert with underwriting analytical tools technology Willingness learn on job maintain can-do attitude
