Data Analyst

One of our clients is looking to bring on an Analyst who brings around 5 years of experience analyzing data and pulling actionable insights for the business.

The role will be responsible for managing a team of analysts:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, or related field of experience.
At least 5 years of experience in sales analysis, account management or a related field.
Retail big box (specifically Home Depot) and/or consumer packaged goods background preferred.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of sales analysts.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and present insights effectively to senior management.
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Suite, PowerBI and other data visualization tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong project management skills.
Proven ability to mentor and coach team members.
Ability to create a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to travel overnight up to 10% of the time.
