This position is vital in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence within the assigned territory.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the assigned territory.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and visits.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold-calling potential customers.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to develop and adjust sales strategies for the territory.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues or concerns.
    • Provide product knowledge and training to clients and distributors to drive sales and increase market share.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
    • Monitor competitors' products, sales, and marketing activities within the territory to stay ahead in the market.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
    • Manage and optimize budgets, expenses, and resources to maximize sales and profitability.
    • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably as a Territory Manager or in a similar role.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
    • Strong understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Solid organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and occasionally to other locations.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic sales environment.

    • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
