- Facilitating Discovery Sessions: Actively participate in discovery sessions by documenting requirements and capturing insights from stakeholders.
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Conduct research, analyze data, and gather requirements from various sources, including user surveys, market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, engineering, and product tam, to gather input, validate requirements, and ensure alignment throughout the product development process
- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including process flows, business rules, data models, user interface mockups, and other relevant artifacts
- Data Analysis: Collect, validate, and analyze data related to customer behavior, market trends, and product performance
- Product Coordination: Assist in coordinating and prioritizing tasks, ensuring that milestones are achieved within the specified timeframes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on activities status, soliciting feedback, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

- Bachelor's degree with 4 to 8 Years of relevant work experience OR Master's Degree with 2 to 6 years of relevant work experience
- Experience supporting Product Discovery and road-mapping workshops in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the process of capturing and documenting the discussions, decisions, and actions that occur during meeting in real-time.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences and facilitate productive discussions.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in implementing KPIs and OKR framework.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
- Passion to create innovative product experiences.
