    The Interior Design Team:

Lodestone Design Group was founded as an architectural services firm, and expanded to offer interior design services in 2016. We are actively working to further grow our interior design services in residential, retail, restaurant, hotel, and municipal projects throughout Colorado and the western US.

Our immediate goals are to work toward hiring and developing this team up to 3-4 people over the next 1-2 years. The interior design team will be integral in the development of:

    Lodestone Design Group:

Lodestone Design Group was founded in 2010 and has grown steadily over the last 14 years. Our nine-person team is looking to gradually expand our range of services to further secure our place in the Colorado Front Range market.

Our projects vary widely in size, style and scope. In-house, we offer both architecture and interior design services. We also do our own 3D scanning of existing structures and modeling from the resulting point cloud data. We are continually adapting new technologies and innovative approaches to provide valued services for our clients and experiences for our team.

We are strongly committed to the success and satisfaction of everyone on our team. We work to ensure each person feels valued in their current role, and has an eye toward their own career goals and growth potential. This includes a commitment to providing diverse opportunities to all employees, supporting individuals through testing for licensure, and seeking out continuing education opportunities. It is our belief that as important as it is for the firm to be versatile and accomplished, it is equally important for each individual to have opportunities to diversify their knowledge, experience, and interests.

Our office is in Frederick, CO just 3 miles east of I-25 and 13 miles east of Longmont. The location is ideally suited to allow us easy access to our projects across the front range and allows for an easy commute for our employees from most anywhere in northern Colorado.

The Interior Designer will need to be sufficiently confident in their role and their abilities to guide others while also welcoming feedback and direction from colleagues with diverse experiences and expectations. To that end, we believe the following minimum qualifications are important:

This is a growth opportunity in our firm and finding the right person to fit this role will be critical to the success of our interior design team and have a significant impact on the success of our firm as a whole.

This is a full-time employment position and while hybrid scheduling will be available in the future, this is not a 100% remote position and will require in-person work for at least the first 3 months of employment.

    Rewards:

The Interior Designer will hold a significant position within the larger Lodestone Design Group team. Career development and growth opportunities will be explored and developed over time as the company continues to grow and succeed. Additionally, we value and protect a healthy work/life balance.

    Application:

We encourage anyone interested in joining our team and filling this role to submit a resume and cover letter for our review. We value the resume for outlining your work history and experiences, but are equally interested in receiving a cover letter describing what your specific goals are now and in the future. At this level of experience, we anticipate a successful candidate will have a good understanding of the type of work they like to do, and where they would like to see their career in 10-20 years.

Please also prepare a portfolio of your work to share with us in a follow-up interview. We would like to see what work you have completed, what inspired your designs, and what drove your choices.

Thank you for considering this opportunity.
