• Days/Hours: Monday - Friday from 2:00 pm to 11pm/12am with the opportunity to transition to days.

As an Onsite Staffing Supervisor, you will be responsible for screening, recruiting, and interviewing potential employees to fill our client's open positions.

We are looking for a dependable person that wants to grow in a career.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing daily on-site operations such as head counts and employee check-ins
• Ensuring employees are set up in the clocking system
• Performing daily staffing reports
• Conducts custom orientation program for associates which incorporates customer policies
• Schedule, check in, and provide pre-assignment orientation to all temporary employees
• Follow company policies and procedures for all staffing and customer activity
• All other duties that may arise to ensure the successful operation of the company
• Determine staffing shortfall and report job vacancies and scheduling problems to branch manager
• Complete daily and/or weekly safety audits

*Ideal Candidates:

• Should have customer service, administrative and supervisory experience.
• Warehouse experience is a plus
• Likes to work with people
• Great computer skills, typing skills, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs and Google Docs
• Reliable and dependable. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
