Job summary
The Traveling Superintendent is responsible for supervising interior and exterior metal framing projects at assigned locations.This role requires travel to project sites on a long-term basis, typically every two years or upon project completion.
The Superintendent ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with contract documents and quality standards.
Responsibilities
• Travel to assigned project locations and oversee daily metal framing and drywall operations for the duration of the project- Plan, schedule, and supervise field crews , foremen ,and subcontractors
- Coordinate work sequencing , manpower , material deliveries ,and site logistics
