Are you a highly skilled Press Brake Operator looking for a challenging direct-hire opportunity that moves beyond basic operation? Join a growing manufacturing organization as a critical member of their fabrication team.
We are seeking true craftsmen who can handle complex, detailed bends and forming on large industrial equipment, supporting a significant facility expansion and core production needs.
This role requires exceptional technical proficiency and an absolute commitment to quality and reliability.Key Responsibilities:
Set up and skillfully operate large (10-foot and 12-foot) press brake machines for precision bending and forming of metal sheets and plates.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot alignment or setting issues to ensure continuous, high-quality production.
Required Qualifications:
Proven, hands-on experience operating large press brake machines (10-foot minimum).
Demonstrable ability to read and interpret detailed technical blueprints and fabrication specifications.
Meticulous attention to detail and a track record of successfully working with tight tolerances.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures within a heavy fabrication environment.
