Office Culture
- Teamwork in the patients best interest
- Quality patient care with clinical autonomy based on best practices in the patients best interest
- Direct referrals from multiple general Dentists.
Compensation
- 33% of Collections
- Guaranteed compensation, $1350 for 90 days
- $150 start bonus

Position Qualifications
- Bilingual- Spanish preferred
- Orthodontist Residency Certificate
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current CA State Dental License (or the ability to acquire AZ license by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR & NPI
