This job description is for a hybrid position that combines traditional front-desk reception duties with active management of social media platforms to increase brand visibility.Welcome clients and visitors in a welcoming professional manner. Answer phone calls emails and online inquiries. Manage appointments using booking software Process client payments and maintain accurate records of transactions Keep the reception area lobby and office supplies organized and clean Support staff with general clerical duties such as the call center filing scanning data entry Capture behind-the-scenes photos videos of products services or client experiences Create schedule publish engaging on-brand content for Instagram Facebook TikTok Stay up-to-date with social media trends hashtags aesthetics Monitor track report key social media metrics engagement reach Weekly updates as needed Experience previous experience as a receptionist administrative assistant customer-facing role Social Media Proficiency Strong practical experience with Instagram Facebook TikTok Content Creation Ability to take high-quality photos/videos use editing tools like Canva CapCut Communication Excellent verbal written communication skills Organization Strong multitasking abilities fast-paced environment Attitude Highly energetic creative customer-focused Confidentiality Maintain utmost privacy speaking clients times Compliance Maintain HIPAA records other as needed Work Environment Physical Requirements Sit desk computer smartphone long periods Occasional lifting office materials pounds Ability work fast-paced environment
