    Overview:
    This position is a key member of the Quality team, responsible for:

    • Integrity of the Quality Management System
    • Documented information that supports the QMS
    • Management of training content and delivery (multisite, as assigned).

    Quality System Management:

    • Manages and improves the QMS by
    • Authoring the quality system reviews
    • Develops, supports, and deploys training content that is concise, appropriate, and timely to assigned locations
    • Ensures documented information is thorough, accurate, and appropriate for its intended audience

    People Management:

    • Manages assigned team(s), carrying out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, communication, training, development, hiring, assigning and directing work, appraising and managing performance
    • Instills Arlon's culture, core, and brand values for new and existing team members Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, quality, or related field
    • Quality and quality management experience of minimum two (2) years
    • Microsoft Office working proficiency.
    • SAP or similar ERP working knowledge.
    • Valid driver license, auto insurance and travel documents.
    • Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions and location, jobrelated knowledge and skills, education, training and experience.
