    Registered Nurse
    - Full Time, Rotating, Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays with call, rotating holidays
    - Req # 1526

    Job Summary
    The RN is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients, providing care following the physician's treatment plan and nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinates and implements patient care tailored to the patient population served. Ensures compassionate care meeting quality standards. Utilizes nursing skills to develop, implement, and revise care plans based on patient needs.

    Job Requirements

    Minimum Education Requirement
    - Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.

    Minimum Experience Requirement
    - Priority given to ED or critical care nursing experience.
    - Demonstrates organizational skills in high-stress critical care settings.
    - Ability to assess patient needs and prioritize based on severity.
    - Thorough knowledge of nursing principles, hospital, and ED procedures.
    - Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    - Basic computer skills.

    Minimum License Requirement
    - Current SC Nursing License or Multi-state license.
    - BLS, ACLS, and PALS required.
    - TNCC certification preferred.
    - Must complete specified training within 90 days of hire.

    Physical Requirement/Working Conditions
    - May have irregular hours and long periods of standing.
    - Able to lift up to 50 pounds and seek assistance for heavier objects.
    - Exposure to hospital environments common conditions.
    - Able to pass employee physical prior to orientation.
    - Emotional stability, good physical condition, and CPR proficiency needed.
