    Job Description

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Conduct skill assessments to identify client's strengths and areas of need
    • Create a treatment plan to maximize strengths and address deficits
    • Implement the plan tailored to client and family needs
    • Provide direct services or supervise behavior therapists
    • Collaborate with the child's team

    Qualifications and Skills

    • NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst

    Job location: Nassau County, Western Suffolk County

    This is NOT a remote position.

    Candidates must be willing to work with clients face-to-face.

    Although candidates from all areas are welcome, there is a high demand for those in Western Nassau.

    Hours: Part-time

    Salary range: Competitive rate for qualified BCBA
