    About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and strategic-minded Manager of Direct Marketing Services to oversee and drive the success of our direct marketing product offering.

    This role will involve comprehensive ownership of evaluating, defining, and enhancing the service package for SMBs and Enterprises, alongside responsibility for pricing, fulfillment processes, customer experience, and revenue generation .

    What your success will look like Evaluate Marketing Pro Product:
    Continuously assess the Marketing Pro product, identifying areas for improvement, innovation, and market relevance

    Define Service Package:
    Craft and refine email marketing, direct mail and other service packages tailored to meet the distinct needs of SMBs and Enterprises, ensuring alignment with market demands and trends

    Pricing Strategy:
    Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies that optimize value proposition while maximizing revenue generation

    Fulfillment Process:
    Streamline and optimize the fulfillment process, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of services

    Customer Success Impact:
    Assess and address short-term and long-term impacts on customer success, strategizing to enhance overall customer satisfaction and retention

    Training Initiatives:
    Develop training programs and materials for internal teams and clients to ensure a comprehensive understanding and optimal utilization of Marketing Pro

    Client Interaction:
    Conduct client interviews, gather feedback, and aggregate client satisfaction data to drive service improvements and customer-centric enhancements

    Enhance Client Experience:
    Constantly innovate and improve the overall client experience through proactive measures and insightful recommendations.
    Point of Contact (POC): Act as the primary POC for the Sales and Marketing Pro account team, providing insights and support for client engagement and product positioning

    Revenue Ownership:

    Take ownership of revenue targets and collaborate with sales, account management and marketing teams to achieve set goals for the Marketing Pro product offering.

    Who you are and what you bring Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, relevant field, or equivalent relevant work experience5+ years in email marketing and direct mail, encompassing a wide range of direct marketing strategiesPrior experience at a direct marketing agency, collaborating with clients and offering scalable servicesProficient in developing 'product-like' services within the direct marketing domain, with the capability to replicate and scale such services efficientlyDemonstrated success in evaluating, defining, and managing product/service packages for SMBs and EnterprisesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive strategic decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and engage with clientsProven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targetsDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.

    The base salary range is $110,000 (entry-level) - $130,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits.

    If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.

    Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.

    Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role.

    Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
