    Description


    We are currently looking for a Full Time IT Application Analyst HDA Adm Health to join our Default Health Org for Positions team located at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center.

    Summary:

    The IT Application Analyst is a critical, hands-on role. Application analysts, or AAs, study computer systems and update IT processes and procedures for efficiency and efficacy.

    AAs must have a strong IT background and a deep understanding of business practices to be successful in their role.

    AAs work to optimize the technological operations. Including handling configuration, deployment, proactive monitoring, and maintenance.

    Evaluates organization's computer systems to determine needed enhancements, conducts research on new technologies and collaborates with coworkers in the IT department to develop plans for improvements and maintenance.

    Also creates instructional materials that explain the systems they help to maintain for users and future employees.

    Responsibilities:


    • Consults with leadership and advises them on how they can improve their technology and procedures
    • Researches new technology and recommends to leadership anything that would improve operations
    • Analyzes existing technology and look for areas of improvement
    • Performs cost/benefit analysis for new technology to see if it should be implemented
    • Assesses current processes and procedures to look for ways in which operations can be improved
    • Creates systems that may utilize existing technology and new technology to make a unique system designed to meet the company's specific operational needs
    • Manages the installation and implementation of new technology
    • Ensures existing systems operate smoothly and effectively
    • Provides specific training to internal or external employees
    • Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
    • Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.

    Education:

    • Bachelors Degree in directly related field

    • Pass general background check
    • Standard Driver's License
    • Certified HIPAA Professional
    Working Conditions:


    Essential:

    • Infrequent travel
    • May be required to work after hours or on weekends as needed
    • Pass pre-employment drug test
