- Provide daily support to plant operations.
- Daily troubleshooting of: Downstream Components (combiner tables, leak detectors, flame treat, robot, etc.) and Hydraulic system component failures.
- Program machinery using various software programs to automate the machines.
- RS Logix (RS500, RS5000, etc.)
- Siemens
- UR Robot
- VFD
- Servos
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair Electrical transformers, switchgear, and busway issues.
- Preventative Maintenance.
- Engineering Support (New installs, redesign existing equipment as needed, read prints, creation of prints, IO panel design/install).
- A High School diploma, or GED diploma, and a combination of work-related training and experience is required.
- Candidate must have Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electricity knowledge and experience.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of Low voltage systems and NEC codes.
- Previous electrical experience in industrial settings.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
