Join our dynamic team of Global Payments Inc.

Summary of This Role

The role involves client-facing support for various project requests such as Configurations, OMRs, MQ Setups, & Tier 1 Projects. Responsibilities include managing client requested projects for multiple products, consulting, project analysis, solutioning, and implementation of new client functionality, and updating/maintaining current client configurations.

Providing superior support on new products and services
Incident management and client facing support

Job Specific Skills and Competencies

MIS, Computer Science, Networking, or Web Development Degree or strong background in these areas. SQL and HTML experience/knowledge preferred.

Typical Day in the Life of the Role

This role involves providing consulting, project analysis, solutioning, and implementation of new client functionality and maintaining current client configurations.

What Part Will You Play?

Works on multiple simple projects and programs from a business solution and design perspective
Maintains knowledge in company platforms
Participates in development of product enhancements
Conducts analysis on simple to medium problems

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Relevant Experience or Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field and/or equivalent of training and experience
Typically Minimum 0-2 Years Relevant Exp
Experience in integration, IT platforms, and technologies in a Business Analyst environment

Preferred Qualifications

Typically Minimum 2-4 Years Relevant Exp
Experience in document preparation, financial services, solutions design, programming language fundamentals
Pursuing or having achieved Business Analysis certification, International Diploma in Business Analysis, or equivalent
AWS, HTML, SQL, Certificate associated with Web Design, Mobile App Development
