Job Summary
Evaluates drives project management activities manages one or more moderate to significantly complex Projects. Provides expertise reviews execution innovative solutions technical issues Delegates task team members manage project accordingly Manages team executing work ensure successful project execution Includes procurement engineering production quality etc Identifies gaps risks within project Developing resolutions mediate those risks gaps Develops cost scope schedule framework projects elements managements intervenes necessary delivery cost scope schedule agreements Notifies Program Management Manager upper-level leadership escalations require significant adjustments impact project negatively Provides primary support guidance financial planning monitoring scheduling preparation release technical/schedule information required project planning Leads multiple aspects financial planning monitoring reporting scheduling communication required project planning control Performs technical administrative logistical liaison roles company customers sales design contractors regulatory agencies one or more projects May function lead one or more elements Defines establishes engineering/production/project definitions maintenance schedules engineering releases associated fulfilling project time cost quality customer satisfaction Negotiates evaluates determines executes engineering management activities manage one or more significant complex projects components Leads direct influences exercises extensive technical operational knowledge expertise evaluate resolve significant technical issues pertinent key projects Acts primary first point contact technical administrative logistical issues customers outside partners Leads multiple aspects financial planning monitoring reporting scheduling preparation of technological/schedule information required for plan leads teams matrix managing day-to-day requirements represents manager delegated management responsibilities Assists selection development of employees Guides effective use resources personnel tools methods
