Assists Director of Marketing for Enrollment in design and implementation of strategies and tactics to increase awareness and preference for CBU brand among prospective students (both undergraduate and graduate on-campus and Online) as well as campaigns designed to augment the University's recruiting and retention efforts Manages day-to-day relationship between the marketing unit and the traditional undergraduate , online undergraduate ,and graduate admissions leadership Works with them to identify opportunities for improvement of existing programs ,as well as explores and evaluates new opportunities for review with supervisor Manages the fulfillment of annual print project by coordinating between vendors internal stakeholders Manages budgetfor print materials Provides directionand leadershipto marketing specialists monitors their efforsthey are making Interfaces with digital media advertising agency This include coordinating or creating collateral for digital advertisements landing pages Responds requests from academic units who need support in form eventprogram promotioncollateral literature other services items provided by university Collaborateswith graphic design web technology teams complete projects including writing editing copy building web pages coordinating vendors conferring supervisor Meets project deadlines setby supervisor Proactively communicateswith supervisor when completion deadline is jeopardy Plans attends discovery planning meetings with clients external vendors Works multiple concurrent projects maintaining high standards excellence conformityto University standards positive cooperative attitude Shares consistently expresses divisions commitment express Christ attitude serviceexcellencehumilitydignity each interaction University clients external vendors
