- Process weekly US vendor invoices and GL coding
- Assist in resolving sync issues to NetSuite from
- Prepare and process monthly US financials close in NetSuite, including monthly journal entries on revenue, fixed assets, prepaid, etc.
- Prepare and build US balance sheet accounts reconciliation
- Assist in processing Germany subsidiary monthly financials and prepare JE to record in NetSuite
- Prepare monthly financial flux
- Assist in various NetSuite system projects
- 3+ years of accounting and reporting or finance experience, including closing the monthly financial
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
- Ability to read, write, and fluently speak German (Telc C1 level or higher)
- Knowledge of the NetSuite and/or Datev system
- California CPA license is a plus
- Experience with German trade law

This person will assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. This role will report directly to the company's Head of Accounting.
This role is based in our Palo Alto office. Authorization to work in the United States is required.
