HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to be the interim Manager, Cath Lab & IR at a 250+ bed hospital in California. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• policy and procedure improvement
• training and educating staff,
• motivating staff to develop their expertise, knowledge, and skills,
• directing and evaluating patient care activities to improve throughput

Requirements:

• Education: BSN required
• Experience: 7+ years in a nursing professional discipline with solid understanding of patient care and acute care operations;7+ years progressive clinical/healthcare management/leadership experience, preferably in a comparable size acute care facility in respective
• License: CA RN and Rad Tech CA license required
• Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred
• Computer Skills: Electronic Medical Record (Kronos) and Microsoft Office suite experience required

Expenses are covered while on assignment including housing, airfare, and rental car.
