What You ll Do:

Perform diagnostic hearing assessments, including pure tone air and bone conduction testing, speech audiometry, and impedance audiometry for patients from birth through senior age groups.

Interpret test results accurately, providing clear guidance to both patients and physicians.
Recommend appropriate follow-up care, including medical referrals, hearing aids, and ear protection solutions.
Conduct hearing aid evaluations to identify optimal amplification options and fit devices, ensuring proper operation and maintenance instructions.
Provide routine hearing aid maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for devices purchased through our clinic.
Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.


Required Skills:
Active Washington state audiology license or eligibility through the Interjurisdictional Licensure Compact (IMLC).
Successful completion of a master's or doctorate degree in audiology, including clinic practicum experience.
Strong proficiency in diagnostic hearing assessments and hearing aid fitting.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex information clearly to patients and healthcare partners.
Ability to interpret clinical data and make evidence-based recommendations.


Nice to Have Skills:
Bilingual abilities for diverse patient populations.
Experience working with pediatric and geriatric populations.
Knowledge of advanced audiologic technologies and equipment.
Prior experience in a clinic-based setting.


Preferred Education and Experience:
Doctor of Audiology (AuD) from a board-approved institution with Certificate of Clinic Competency.
Prior clinical experience in audiology, ideally within a healthcare or outpatient setting.
Licensure active and in good standing within the state of Washington.


Other Requirements:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to regulatory standards.
