    Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

    Experience:

    24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

    Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

    3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

    Requirements:

    Candidates must have a Arkansas license or compact license (required for submission).

    This role will require floating to multiple units

    Local & travel allowed. Candidates living

    COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

    Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

    12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO).

    12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO).

    Additional Details:

    Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring.

    Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Hours and Call Requirements: N/A

    5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 05/25/2026, 07/04/2026, 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
