    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Remodeling Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of remodeling projects, from inception to completion. Your expertise and leadership skills will ensure that our clients receive top-notch service, while your attention to detail and organizational skills will guarantee timely and within-budget project execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage work teams of tradesmen effectively, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Use your trade skills and experience to guide projects from start to finish, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including reports, logs, and client agreements, to facilitate efficient decision-making and minimize potential risks.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and trade partners, providing clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on trade experience in remodeling construction or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of people management principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in all phases of carpentry skills at a Master Craftsman level.
    • Hands-on experience and professionalism in various trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, tile, cabinetry, interior doors and trim, flooring, along with roofing, siding, windows, and doors.
    • In-depth knowledge of all trades related to remodeling to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to satisfy clients, industry standards, and company expectations.

    This position offers a competitive salary range of $28.50 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and life insurance, 401K matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
