    This individual will be required to routinely partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate, troubleshoot and implement manufacturing processes within the business unit.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


    Subject Matter Expert on the manufacturing processes and flowCreate equipment and systems to improve machine operationDesign control of new machines and processesResolve code and other malfunctions in the machineTroubleshooting issues with controlsPerform and document control system testingIdentify and lead manufacturing improvements and cost reduction projectsPerform troubleshooting on new and existing process problemsAssist with developing and participating in training for manufacturing personnelRevise Standard Operation and Manufacturing Procedures to capture all necessary process, product, and regulatory requirementsLead CAPA related efforts for the technology platformParticipates in capital requisition proposals and projectsMaintains process maps and value stream mapsParticipates in maintaining appropriate work environmental conditions and recommends facilities modifications where appropriateCome Be Part Of A Mission that MattersFrom inside the farm gate to our dinner plates, Neogen protects the world's food supply.
