- Stay updated on emerging security threats and vulnerabilities, and proactively address potential risks to the network infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting and Incident Response: Investigate and resolve network-related issues, including connectivity problems, latency issues, and security breaches, in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, helpdesk personnel, and vendors, to troubleshoot complex network problems.
